| ease 101 is a text that I originally wrote as a book of notes for students of the live class. Though it is
missing all of my stories that illustrate the concepts, I believe that anyone who desires a positive change in their life
experience will benefit from studying and applying this core information. In 2002 I printed two dozen copies and mailed them out as an experiment. Twelve copies went out to students, six went to clients (who had not taken a class), five went to people who had not previously had access to the system, and one went to one of my teachers. The results were surprising. Of the 12 students, each said the book was excellent. Six of them said that it helped them put the pieces together and "finally get it" on a deeper level. Four of them claimed that it was "the best book" they'd ever read. Of the six clients, two responded that they were glad to know how and why the processes work. The others just said it was "good". Of the five folks who hadn't a clue as to what I was into before I sent them the book, only two responded. They both said that they "don't get it" and one of them was so stirred up that they didn't want to talk further about it. So I leave it up to you. If you have already done one of my workshops, I have no doubt that you will greatly expand your perceptions of self if you follow and apply this material. On the other hand, if this information is brand new to you, I reccomend taking your time to both learn the glossary words and to seek examples (your own personal stories) by patiently doing the chapter excercises. If you get stirred up, remember to breathe. I've cut the ease 101 notebook in two; part one follows below. Send me an email when you are ready and I'll send you the password for part two.
