These pages are ever-expanding as I further codify the processes to
unlocking personal limitations. Areas explored here include: present time, self expansion, energy release,

stillness and practical metaphysics. In the twenty-five years that I have been applying myself to the unwrapping of self from the protective, pre-attentive mind (ego), I've accumulated dozens of diaries of notes, essays, insights and stories. I would very much like to convert those into useful webpages for folks on a similar path as mine. My particular method of learning by circulating through multiple disciplines has yielded some shortcuts to results, which I believe you will find useful. Eight years ago I was instructed by my most beloved and respected teacher to begin presenting my findings. I resisted, but no longer. This is exactly the website I needed to find 15 years ago.
